"Today's interaction with State Farm was fantastic! My spouse and I were able to switch our auto insurance with ease and even bundle our home insurance with the help of our representative, Triez Cook! "I’m making a comment on Trey, Trey, customer service and the way he treats his future people and helping them get to a better solution than other places. It’s totally outstanding. "Poor customer service his employees will lie to your face I canceled insurance weeks ago yet still receiving bills call and told it would be months before I would receive a refund"

"Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that you gave us a 5-star rating three years ago, and we valued your continued business. We just got off the phone and felt that you understood that no one intentionally lied to you—there may have been some misunderstandings on both sides. Our records show your original cancellation date as August 4th, but we were later informed you wanted it to be August 1st. As I explained on the phone, we will correct that date accordingly. Regarding the bills, as mentioned, they were sent out before the cancellation because State Farm notifies customers of upcoming due dates weeks in advance. Please rest assured that no money has been taken out since you requested the cancellation, and those bills can be disregarded. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we are committed to resolving any concerns you have. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions. Thank you again for your patience. "

"Have called 3 times in 5 years. All they've done is transfer me to the 1800 number. Only hear from them to try and sell me more insurance. Minimal communication about important issues. In response to you, 2 of the 3 times I've called have been on week days. If your just going to transfer people to the 800 number when you are in the office, save some money and cancel your phone plan."
