"I want to express my utmost appreciation to Melissa and all the staff at the Marcus Weeks State Farm agency. .I have never dealt with such unprofessional vendors regarding an automobile accident. I was not receiving verbal communication with what the status is of my vehicle from the assigned collision center. The rental facility tried to get over on me with additional insurance coverage and not returning my calls even after I called their cooperate headquarters explaining my concerns.. I have yet to hear from them. I just want to thank Melissa for helping put the pieces to this puzzle together for me..I called her and explained the situation. An hour later I received a call from the collision repair center and verbally had an interaction with a representative regarding the details of my vehicle. That would not have transpired without her. I am still waiting on hearing from the rental car agency.But, I feel like she will also make that happen. Thank you Melissa. You are true example of professionalism. That is what I expect as a consumer."

"Was immediately greeted as I entered the office for my 10am meeting with Gage, and asked to fill out an information sheet. Upon completion of the sheet Gage escorted me to his office, introducing himself and naming other members of the office staff present. Gage then gathered detailed information from me about my house, and showed me information and images he was able to access of my home. He explained in detail the home insurance coverage that would be offered and answered questions I had. At the end of our conversation he presented me with a estimated value of my home as well as telling me the annual premium costs for home insurance coverage. He then escorted me out of the office, providing me with several items for my home office (cup holder, calendar, etc.) and said he'd have documents emailed to me by the end of today. Just a few hours later I did, in fact, receive the documents. My time at the State Farm office was well spent. I was treated with courtesy and respect, and every member I interacted with was friendly, with good eye contact during our conversations. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking homeowners insurance. H. David Spikes"
