Our records show your original cancellation date as August 4th, but we were later informed you wanted it to be August 1st. As I explained on the phone, we will correct that date accordingly. Regarding the bills, as mentioned, they were sent out before the cancellation because State Farm notifies customers of upcoming due dates weeks in advance. Please rest assured that no money has been taken out since you requested the cancellation, and those bills can be disregarded.
